All spectators will receive a complimentary candle and songbook. Hot cocoa & holiday treats (donated by local restaurants and businesses) will be served as we spread holiday cheer in song! The celebration starts with a Christmas tree lighting where Santa gets the honor ofturning on the lights for the first time.

All downtown businesses and restaurants will be invited to participate by decorating their store fronts with twinkling lights and evergreen garland along with magical window displays to celebrate along with us the beginning of the Christmas season in our picturesque town of Easton….…A SMALL TOWN WITH A BIG HOLIDAY HEART!

Since 1986 Friends of Hospice has carried out its mission to raise funds for Talbot Hospice by presenting the annual Festival of Trees. This event continues to be immensely successful and is made possible through the work of hundreds of volunteers. The Festival annually assists the operating budget for Talbot Hospice which benefits terminally ill patients and families in Talbot County facing life limiting illness.

Talbot Hospice is the premier resource in Talbot County for people facing end-of-life illness, loss and grief. We provide full service hospice care in homes, nursing facilities and at the Hospice House on Cynwood Drive in Easton. Talbot Hospice offers hope, compassionate support and services to all members of our community without regard for ability to pay. Programs include Pediatric Care, Pathways, Palliative Care, bereavement and spiritual counseling, community education and trained volunteers. Services are offered to individuals, caregivers, families and friends.

Some of these groups include: Caregivers Support, Monthly Grief Groups,  Shattering the Silence (for those in our community who are grieving the death of a loved one due to suicide, substance abuse or addiction), Child Loss Support, Pet Loss bereavement and so much more.

Talbot Hospice focuses on the quality of life and celebrating life each day.

We look forward to seeing you at the Festival of Trees.
